We have specialist Swimming Teachers at Teme Ludlow who can help in all aspects of Swimming, whether it be from a complete beginner to a Triathlete wishing to gain stroke improvement.

Teme Ludlow’s weekly sessions run term time only
Tuesday 7.15pm – 8.15pm Beginners only
£7.00 non-members, £3.50 Teme Members
Limited numbers so pre-booking is required.
Booking can be made online via Leisure Hub or at the Centre.
