I have been an advanced personal trainer for over a decade, I qualified with Premier Training International one of the leading training providers in the fitness industry. Before I qualified as a personal trainer I served 7 years in the British Army where my enthusiasm for health and fitness began. I have worked with many clients over the years gathering vast experience. This enables me to understand the clients training requirements to help them achieve their goals. My client retention is high, some of my clients have been with me for a decade and out of my current client base 92% have trained with me for a minimum of 3 years and 72% have been with me for at least 5 years. I have helped people with weight loss, muscle gain, pre and post natal, rehabilitation, sporting charity events, professional athletes and keeping fit and healthy for life.
