A major 400k refurbishment took place in May 2022 on both our Gym areas at Teme Ludlow. 

Teme Ludlow now features two separate dedicated workout areas to provide our customers with a choice of 70 stations over an area of around 350 square meters.  Our air-conditioned fitness suite on the first floor hosts a full range of cardio-vascular and fixed resistance machines with the ability for you to track your workouts via the TRAKK app, giving specific personal data such as reps completed, range of motion and total weight lifted.  This state-of-the-art digital solution also has the capability for the fitness team to preload your exercise program onto both the resistance and cardio machines or you can create your own!  Our functional fitness area on the ground floor focuses more on strength and conditioning with a full range of functional equipment such as half racks with Olympic lifting platforms, plate loaded machines and functional rigs to dumbbells and benches.  These machines are complemented by the addition of a sled track and tyre flip station to challenge everyone from beginner to seasoned gym user.

Introduction Costs

Introduction - A quick 30minute appointment with one of our Fitness Instructors where they will give you a quick show around both Gym areas demonstrating certain machines -£15

Introduction and Programme - This will last approx 60mins where one of our Fitness Instructors will meet and discuss your goals. A personalised program with then be devised tailored specifically to your needs and a show around the equipment in both Gym areas will also take place. - £30
