Saunarium – A variation of the traditional Sauna which operates at a lower temperature. Ideal for guests who find higher heat aggressive. Operates at 45-50 degrees.
Salt Inhalation Room – An enhanced Steam Room where the introduction of salt water mist aids breathing and promotes well-being. Operating at 40-45 degrees.
Sauna – A dry heat in a wood lined cabin. Operating at 85-90 degrees.
Spa Pool – Creates relaxation whilst stimulating the body’s immune system and soothing the skin. Operating at 37 degrees.
Monsoon Shower – The perfect way to cool down or rinse off between heat treatments. Offers either a tropical warmth or an arctic cool at the push of a button.
Heated Loungers – A tiled heated lounger used for rest and relaxation after or between heat treatments. An aid to relax the mind and body.

Spa Sessions and Pricing
The Spa will be required to be pre-booked online via the Leisure Hub or over the phone to ensure your space as we do control numbers within the Spa area.
Spa Sessions
Our spa offers two hour time slots for your relaxation.
From Monday to Friday, you can book sessions between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, providing flexibility throughout the day.
On weekends, spa slots are available from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, perfect for starting your day with a refreshing experience.
