Introduction
A quick 30 minute appointment with one of our Fitness Instructors where they will give you a quick show around both Gym areas demonstrating certain machines

Introduction and Programme
This will last approx 60mins where one of our Fitness Instructors will meet and discuss your goals. A personalised program with then be devised tailored specifically to your needs and a show around the equipment in both Gym areas will also take place.
